]]> This wonderful 2 bedroom upstairs cottage can accommodate up 4 people. It is located in the urbanized area of Antigua and Barbuda. Its a cozy/breezy cottage with a simplistic style that is welcoming to any person visiting the island. It is located close to the grocery store and a 5 minute walk from the largest cricket stadium in Antigua with all the required amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It has fast high speed internet connection. The apartment is meticulously cleaned and ready to welcome every guest. 

 

The space

Excellent place for a group or family that is spending their vacation in the beautiful island of Antigua. A cottage that is fully air conditioned, placed in a gated community, with beautiful views of the Stadium from the balcony. 43″ fire TV is included with a sound system accessible via blue tooth (that could be connected to the TV).

Please note that the kitchen is small and it’s more of a kitchenette. Aimed at making a simple meal and/or breakfast.

The main dining table is on the balcony, though, we do have a small indoor table that can sit two people.

The work table is in the main master bedroom.

Our previous water heater was giving our guests trouble in late 2021. We were able to buy a new one that now services the cottage.

Guest access

There is a private entrance available.

Other things to note

There is a small playground within the community available to our guests. Its located just 20 yards from the cottage!

With a new addition of a water reserve that allows for fresh water even through short droughts! Always have running water here for a comfortable vacation!

If your booking is only for two, the second room will remain locked unless specifically requested.
